Our client in the agricultural sector is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Cape Town. Responsibilities:- Processing orders and handling all correspondence.
- Selling of products/services and processing goods returned as well as customer queries.
- Assist with stock count and in the warehouse.
- Communicate with the Sales Manager/Technical Advisor regarding pricing.
- Customer feedback in a strict turnaround time.
- Proactive with the internal departments offering products due to being out of stock or alternative options.
- Matric certificate.
- 5+ years in a similar role.
- Must have good communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience with SAP.
- Drivers license.
- Problem solving and organizational skills.
- Good mathematic skills.
