Description:
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated team member to fullfill the role of manager in our TOPS bottle store.
Typical daily responsibilities will include:
- Alternating opening and closing shifts with the assistant manager.
- Working alongside the assistant manager with the following tasks:
- Stock ordering, recieving, system capturing, rotation and merchandising.
- Daily category stock takes.
- Staff management, motivation and discipline.
- Customer and supplier interaction and service.
- Daily cashup and administrative tasks.
- Equipment maintenance reporting.
- Being proactive, observent and reactive to customer needs.
- Ensuring neat, clean, attractive shopping experience for customers.

- Retail Experience: 3 to 4 years

Applicants must have at least 3 years experience in the retail environment.
