You'll be the go-to person for tenants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that every property is maintained to the highest standards. What you'll do:- Property Maintenance: Conduct regular site visits, identify maintenance needs, and oversee repairs and renovations, ensuring our properties are always in top condition.
- Tenant Management: Build strong relationships with tenants, handle move-ins and move-outs, and promptly address any concerns or requests.
- Supplier Management: Source and manage a network of reliable contractors and suppliers, negotiating competitive rates and overseeing project completion.
- Administration: Maintain meticulous property records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations (including insurance and OHASA), and assist with lease agreements and other documentation.
- Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in property management, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry best practices.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration.
- Team Player: A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to thrive in a small, dynamic team environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with tenants, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Problem Solver: A resourceful and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle challenges efficiently and effectively.
- Driver's License and Vehicle: A valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle are essential for conducting site visits.
