- 10 yearsâ experience in Financial Management or minimum 10 yearsâ experience as Senior bookkeeper
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skill and attention to detail
- Fresh produce -Fishing/Butchery trade experience is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Sage Evolution and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to make changes with systems to work more efficiently

DUTIES
- Â Reporting to the CEO
- Cash book
- Creditors and Debtors control
- Management accounts
- Budgets: Prepare and capture monthly
- Annual projections
- Cash flow
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives
- Commissions
- Monthly sales Matrix
- Financial Trading: Addendum
- Journals: Accruals, Provisions, Commissions, Depreciation etc
- Fixed Asset Register: Updated as required
- Supervise and manage team by establishing financial systems and processes
- Develop pricing strategies to maximise profitability
- Payroll
- VAT (Prepare and check with auditors)
- PAYE
- Financial strategic planning
- Costing and pricing
Requirements:
