Oversee the Sarbanes Oxley Act section 404 requirements including: planning of the quarterly audit, and external audit updating documentation of processes performing walkthroughs, at least annually performing bi-annual testing of controls identifying weaknesses in internal controls and reporting of these deficiencies to the financial manager and relevant heads of department.Taxation
Complete of Monthly VAT returns. Assist with Performing the VAT reasonability test. Assist with Preparation of the annual tax pack and completion of the IT14 return.
