Description:

Establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with tenants, Liaison between landlord and tenants, clients, suppliers, brokers, public & community. Manage and control personnel, service contractors, repairs, revamps, tenant installations, Inspections and general building administration. Assist with advertising and promotions.

The Oriental City Investments Group has been serving the South African consumers and merchants for over two decades. We are the earliest investor/developer of mass-market shopping centers in South Africa. The Oriental City malls can be found in core urban areas across metro Johannesburg and Tshwane, including Bruma, Rivonia, Boksburg and Centurion. We also have an affiliate Oriental City in Durban.

Requirements:

              • Experience as a centre / property manager will be an advantage.
              • Experience in rental collection and property management *Essential*.
              • Responsible, trustworthy, excellent communication and good analytical skills.
              • Have a basic computer skills.
              • Turnaround underperforming buildings.
              • Installation for new tenants.
              • Maintenance of the tenant premises in accordance with the requirements of the lease agreement.
              • Planned maintenance.
              • Take-back and Take-on inspections.
              • Liaison with project team responsible for major projects, including building extensions and refurbishments.
              • Effective management of utilities ensuring consumption is minimized and recoveries maximize.
              • Work for 6 days a week.
              • Own vehicle required.
            • Experience as a centre / property manager will be an advantage.
