Responsibilities
· Reception duties
· Dealing with tenant complaints
· Manning a very busy switchboard
· Inform prospective clients of available properties
· Complete standard leases
· Arrange meetings with clients and suppliers
· Collation of month-end documentation and filing
· Follow up on residential arrear rentals
· Complete insurance claims
· Taking minutes during meetings
· Ordering stationery
· Managing petty cash
· Follow up with insurance companies on claims
· Ordering and monitoring cleaning supplies
· Processing of payment on MDA
Requirements:
- Customer Service: 8 to 9 years
- Receptionist: 8 to 9 years
- Switch Board: 8 to 9 years
Requirements
· Business Diploma
· Grade 12
· 10 years Property / Rental Agency Administrator experience
· Well- spoken and very presentable
· Able to work independently
· Strong Customer service and Admin skills
· Sage/SAP experience
· Advance MS Office skills
· Must be fully vaccinated
