Description:
Our client, a national construction company specialising in medium to large scale projects, seeks to employ a trade tested and skilled senior artisan/supervisor with the focus on mechanical and industrial plumbing to join this progressive and expanding professional team working on national construction sites. Please note that this role is only relevant to candidates who have a plumbing and mechanical trade and who has worked on new construction projects and is not maintenance focused. KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:- You will have a tertiary qualification and trade test Plumber, with 5+ years experience in the construction sector, dealing with both mechanical and plumbing activities on construction sites.
- You will have proven experience in planning and programming of sites, with aspects such as resource planning, site coordination planning and problem solving.
- You will have experience in organising and coordinating site administration, managing quality workmanship and manpower management, as well as ensuring HSE on sites
- You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
- The role does require candidates to be site based, thus the flexibility to be based on sites nationally is essential
