Education:

Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in polymer research and development, preferably in the composites or coatings industries.
- Proven track record of developing and commercializing new polymer products.
- Experience managing a team of scientists and technicians.
- In-depth knowledge of polymer chemistry, synthesis, and characterization techniques (e.g., GPC, DSC, TGA, FTIR, rheology).
- Familiarity with polymer processing techniques such as open moulding, closed moulding pultrusion, filament winding, hot and cold press moulding compounds (SMC and DMC) and coating application methods (e.g. brush, spray, coil coating).
