Minimum RequirementsGrade 12 & Fluency in English Professional & Educational Qualifications with SACE Registration Minimum of 5 years experience in a high school setting in a similar or managerial role Computer literate Business background advantageous Strong interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and people management skills Ability to effectively manage staff and initiate fundraising and community projects Excellent administration, planning, organisational, developmental, and monitoring skills Experience in labour relations and disciplinary procedures
