Description:
To manage the KZN branch performance and employ capital and human resources in order to achieve above average returns for the region. The successful incumbent would be managing a workforce in excess of 45 staff
Knowledge/Skills :
General/Commercial Management skills
Sales and Marketing skills are crucial
Financial & Production Controls (Inventory, Cash, Debtors, Creditors), Logistics, Sales and Marketing, SHEQ and HR;
Strong commercial, operational and business acumen
Proficient in customer relations
Proficient in MS Office Excell & Syspro and/or equivalent ERP system
People skills, including managing a diverse workforce is an essential attribute
Education: Grade 12/ or equivalent qualification
Qualifications: B Degree or business/commerce qualification
Experience required: 10 years general management experience, preferably in a
manufacturing environment.
Additional duties as deemed necessary by the position
Salary - R720 000pa plus incentives
