Key Responsibilities:Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create and update training content focused on manufacturing, technical skills, and compliance. Safety and Compliance Training: Ensure all training aligns with occupational health, safety standards, and local labor laws. Skills Gap Analysis: Identify training needs, evaluate progress, and adjust programs to meet manufacturing objectives. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the impact of training initiatives to senior management. Mentorship: Lead training coordinators and external trainers, promoting a strong learning culture. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Certifications in Training & Development, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma are a plus. Certified SDF Experience and Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing, including 3 years in a training or managerial role. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and regulatory standards. Skills: Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
