Monitor and forecast market dynamics to identify growth opportunities. Design and execute surveys, focus groups, and interviews to understand consumer needs and behaviors. Develop consumer profiles and segmentation models. Gather data from various sources, including primary research, syndicated reports, and internal data. Use statistical tools and software for in-depth analysis. Compile comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards with research findings. Present insights and actionable recommendations to marketing, sales, and product development teams. Partner with cross-functional teams to align research with business goals. Collaborate with external research agencies when required. Provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategies, product launches, and customer engagement efforts. Support pricing, packaging, and promotional decisions using data-driven insights. Key Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field. Proven experience (25 years) in market research, ideally in the FMCG sector. Familiarity with market research methodologies, tools, and frameworks. Proficiency in statistical analysis software and data visualization tools. Strong knowledge of survey platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey). Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.Strong communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong understanding of the FMCG sector and its market dynamics. Awareness of global and local market trends.
