Job SpecificationThis role will report to the Marine & Canal Manager
Responsible for supporting the management of a world class Harbour
Day to day operations and facilities of the Yacht Marina Basin & Canal
Operational Management, maintenance, supervision, and control of the Yacht Marina & Canal
Financial Management and administration
Minimum Requirements
EE - Strictly
National Diploma or other relevant qualification in Maritime field
Must have leasing experience, office administration
Must have experience in report writing and Office Management
The role requires for a "hands on person" and an individual that is currently consulting
MS packages, MDA / MRI - non-negotiable
Must have experience invoicing on either of these systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills must
Ability to deal with stakeholders both internally and externally as well as subcontractors.
Valid Driver licence required
No travelling will be required for this role
Weekend and Public holiday, as well as overtime may be required at times for special events
Physical fitness is essential to perform daily duties effectively
