Requirements:
NQF 7 (Bachelors Degree) BSC/BTech in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Government Certificate Competency (GCC).
Registration as Pr Eng will be advantageous.
Occupational safety, health and environmental awareness qualification would be advantageous.
At least 6 to 10 years experience in Mechanical & Electrical maintenance engineering management within a Manufacturing engineering industry.
At least 6 years experience as a Maintenance/Factory Engineer (GCC Appointee) on production/Manufacturing plants of which 3 years should have been in a supervisory position.
Proven experience in working with 1000T Hydraulic Presses.
Proven experience in maintaining Heat treatment.
Proven experience in managing and controlling of Suppliers or maintenance.
Experience with CNC machines would be advantageous.
Financial management skills would be advantageous.
Knowledge of SHE/OHS/Quality Systems would be advantageous.
Explosives Act and relevant legislation would be advantageous
