Techno Park, Stellenbosch - Engineering concern is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Logistics Controller to oversee and optimize the logistics processes within their production operations including production line. This role ensures the seamless flow of materials, products, and information to support efficient manufacturing, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Include:- Material Planning and Coordination
- Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Inventory Management: (During the production flow work)

- Process Improvement and Cost Management

- Compliance and Safety
- Education: Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience: Years of experience in production logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role
- Strong Knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing and quality control principles
- Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., manufacturing, automotive, FMCG is a plus
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is an advantage
- Familiarity with import/export regulations is a plus.
