We're Hiring: Counter-Part Salesman | Automotive Industry | PaarlOur client, a leading supplier in the South African automotive market, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Counter-Part Salesman to join their team in Paarl. As the key point of contact for both new and existing customers, you'll be responsible for managing product queries, specifications, quotations, orders, deliveries, and more. If you're ready to drive sales, provide excellent customer service, and be part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you! Requirements:- Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
- 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a background in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Full vaccination is required.
- Greet customers and take orders with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide quick, effective solutions.
- Use your product knowledge to increase sales and educate customers.
- Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and prevent delays.
- Maintain accurate product inventory records.
- Keep the customer area neat and presentable during quieter periods.
- Ensure each customer leaves satisfied, with all their needs met.
