Key activities include but are not limited to:
- Serve customers at trade counter ensuring their orders are processed timeously as well as make them aware of any new product offerings.
- Cross and up sell continuously to increase the basket size.
- Offer proficient technical advice.
- Constantly upskill yourself on Regal’s product range.
- Ensure all the administration is done timeously.
